Saving Animals In Need Together Since 2009

What we do....

Bullhead City based animal care and rescue assistance

SAINT’s mission is to improve the lives of animals through service programs and education. Our Purpose and Objectives include: Offer a low cost voucher program for area residents to spay and neuter their pets. Help area residents afford life-saving emergency vet care for their pets if the situation arises through the use of the Pet Medical Emergency Fund. Rehome adoptable pets and keep those we can out of shelters by using a network of foster homes.

We Promise to Love and Care for All Pets as If They Were Our Own

Our all volunteer team prides itself on our love and treatment of animals. We do our best to help out as many animals in need but, as everyone knows, resources are thin and we rely on our volunteers for the great work they do and we rely on our donors to provide us the funding we need so that we may be able to rescue those animals from a very uncertain future.

Meet SAINT

Donna Doyel

President and Saving Lives Director

Donna has worked as an executive in the financial markets since 1980. She began volunteering at SAINT in 2015 by attending adoption events. In December of 2016, she volunteered to operate the Saving Lives Adoption Program when the founder of SAINT retired from the organization. “I have met amazing people who foster for us and are a big part of the journey.

Then meeting the people who fall in love and adopt is always heartwarming and justifies what we do as a team. Since then, I have seen first-hand how impactful and life changing rescue organizations are. I have met trainers who work day in and day out to transform the lives of these former forgotten and unwanted dogs. I have fostered a handful of dogs and even gone on to adopt my own from my Saving Lives Program. I have seen how a dream can turn into a reality.”

Linda Corbagian

Treasurer

Linda moved to Bullhead City from California 3 years ago with her husband after retiring from her accounting career. “We love it here and have met awesome people and now joining the Saint team has given me a purpose. I love dogs and to feel like I contribute in any way to giving them a better life is awesome.”

Gina Ayersman

Social Media Coordinator

A lifelong pet owner and animal advocate, Gina volunteered at a county animal shelter for 11 years before moving to Bullhead City in 2019. Her journey with SAINT began when Hope (I Am HOPE), a local animal abuse case — captured her heart and inspired her to get involved. Since 2023, Gina has helped manage SAINT’s social media presence, sharing stories that connect the community with animals in need.

In addition to her communications work, Gina fosters pets and volunteers at events. “I am very fortunate to have found SAINT so I could continue my involvement with animals and volunteering. Their mission, beliefs, and passion align perfectly with mine.”

Our Programs

Spay/Neuter Voucher Program

This program helps to reduce the cost to spay/neuter your pets. Spaying and neutering is essential to your pet’s health and helps decrease pet over population which results in the death of thousands of healthy animals every year.

Nikki Reagan Saving Lives Program

This program connects loving families with pets in need of a home. Adoption not only gives an animal a second chance at life but also provides companionship, joy, and unconditional love while helping reduce the number of homeless pets in shelters every year.

Jeannine S. Mackleit Pet Medical Emergency Fund

This program provides critical financial support for pets in urgent need of medical care. Emergency treatments can be costly, and this fund helps ensure that animals receive the care they need to recover, heal, and have the chance to live full, healthy lives.

Fosters

This program offers temporary homes for pets until they are adopted. Fostering provides animals with comfort, care, and socialization while easing the strain on shelters. It is a rewarding way to help save lives and prepare pets for their permanent families.
