Emergency Pet Medical Fund

The SAINT Pet Emergency Medical Fund provides financial assistance to pet owners who find themselves with a pet medical emergency.

A pet owner seeking a grant to help with their vet bill due to a medical emergency should contact SAINT after taking their pet for a diagnosis and receiving an estimate on treatment cost. The average grant is typically around $200 and is intended to fill a small gap in funding that is keeping an pet from receiving care.  Decisions are based upon several factors, including: medical urgency, financial need, available funding, and eligibility. Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive, we cannot help everyone.

In the event the emergency is immediately life-threatening, the pet owner should direct their vet to contact the SAINT emergency phone to approve financial assistance.

If an animal is in need of immediate care, where any delay will put the animal at risk, it is the owner’s responsibility and duty to seek care for the animal immediately. There is no guarantee that SAINT will be able to provide financial assistance.
